1. How do live support sessions work?
Students first complete registration and a placement assessment. Based on their results, they are assigned to the appropriate learning group.
Students then access recorded learning modules through Google Classroom and attend weekly live sessions to ask questions, receive guidance, and review course content.
2. How are students grouped?
Students complete an English Placement Assessment. Groups are formed according to language proficiency.
Example:
A1–A2 (Beginner)
B1 (Intermediate)
B2 (Upper Intermediate)
Each group receives dedicated learning materials and live support.
3. Do I receive certification?
Yes.
Students who successfully complete the program receive a Certificate of Completion.
Certificates may include:

4. What happens if I miss a live session?
Missing a live session will not prevent you from continuing the program. Core learning materials remain available through recorded modules and Google Classroom..
5. How do I access lessons?
Students access learning materials through Google Classroom.
Recorded lessons are delivered through private video access.
Live sessions are conducted online.
6. How many live sessions are included?
Students receive access to 1–2 live sessions per week, depending on the group and program schedule.
7. Is there an placement test?
Yes. Students complete a short placement assessment to help us recommend the most suitable learning level.
8. Do I need to attend live sessions?
No. Core learning is delivered through recorded modules. Live sessions are designed for questions, guidance, and additional support.
9. When can I start the program?
New students can begin after registration, placement assessment, and onboarding.
